TEMPORARY CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICIER

Location: Toscana, Italy

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team in Toscana, Italy, to fulfill the following responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Accounting Manager on the budgeting process and application of accounting principles.
2. Support the Controlling Manager in reporting, budgeting, and management control.
3. Supervise taxation and ensure compliance with current regulations.
4. Manage reporting to the parent company and participate in group projects.
5. Assist company management in implementing strategic initiatives.
6. Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial partners.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Experience in Italian branches within international industrial contexts.
2. Direct involvement in significant financial planning projects (e.g., debt restructuring, complex financing operations) and managing relationships with credit institutions.
3. Fluent knowledge of the English language.

Preferred qualifications / Nice to have:

• Deep knowledge of reporting systems used at the headquarters.
• Advanced proficiency in sophisticated ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and high-level relationship skills.

This is a Temporary Management position. Contractual modality and compensation package will be defined with the selected candidate.
