Hilton in Italy is seeking a Switchboard Operator to join our Guest Services team. The role centers on handling incoming calls with warmth and professionalism, ensuring guests receive accurate information and a memorable experience during their stay.

You will use PBX systems and hotel computer tools, stay updated on services, and support daily operations while upholding Hilton's standards of hospitality and teamwork.
