Euro Staffs in Napoli, Italy is seeking a Teen Coordinator to manage the Child and Youth Programs for teens. The role reports to the Youth Director and requires developing engaging activities while ensuring safety and compliance with DoD requirements.

You will lead a small team, coordinate community outreach, and collaborate with military installations to create enriching experiences for youths aged 13 to 18.

Competenze

• Combination of 3 years experience in developmentally appropriate programming and credentials.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate programs for youth aged 13 to 18.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Mansioni

• Develops and supervises a developmentally appropriate teen program aligned with DoD requirements.
• Prepares and maintains safe indoor and outdoor spaces for scheduled activities.
• Coordinates outreach, supervision of staff, and youth engagement across age groups.
