Role Purpose

The Tecnico Services Senior - Electrical Distribution Specialist is an experienced technical-transport technician providing technical assistance and maintenance at customer sites across Italy and occasionally abroad. This role becomes a technical reference point for our clients, handling installation, maintenance, analysis, troubleshooting, and modernization of electrical distribution equipment (panels, switches, and protection relays for MV and LV).

The ideal candidate possesses the following technical skills and professional requirements, with specialization in at least two of the following areas :

• At least 5 years of experience in technical assistance, maintenance, and diagnostics on Medium and / or Low Voltage Electrical Panels (including assembly, commissioning, and functional testing; excellent understanding of electrical schematics and ability to troubleshoot; experience in wiring and / or functional modifications);
• At least 5 years of retrofit experience in Medium and / or Low Voltage, including installation and commissioning of Electrical Panels and Protection Relays;
• At least 5 years of experience in installing, configuring, and testing Medium Voltage protections (including selectivity studies; ability to use current injection tools);
• At least 5 years of experience in installing and commissioning Electrical Panels (including assembly, commissioning, and functional testing; strong schematic comprehension and troubleshooting skills; wiring and modifications experience);
• Experience in coordinating small teams of technicians is preferred, regardless of specialization.

Role Purpose

The Tecnico Services Senior - Cooling Specialist is an experienced technical-transport technician responsible for maintenance, fault diagnosis, programming, and startup of industrial refrigeration systems and equipment from Schneider Electric at customer sites across Italy.

The candidate should have :

• At least 5 years of experience in technical assistance, maintenance, and diagnostics related to industrial refrigeration systems;
• Preferred experience in commissioning and startup activities in structured projects involving cooling and data center cooling solutions;
• Advanced knowledge of industrial air conditioning and cooling systems;
• Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.

Role Purpose

The Tecnico Services Senior - UPS (Secure Power) Specialist is an experienced technical-transport technician responsible for installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of UPS equipment at customer sites across Italy.

The ideal candidate should have :

• At least 5 years of experience in technical support, with skills on electronic devices, preferably UPS systems;
• Experience in startup, commissioning, and maintenance of Secure Power UPS products;
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical procedures and troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
