Key Activities

1. Schedule daily appointments according to the procedures established by headquarters
2. Manage after-sales technical assistance requests for VELUX products
3. Repair and maintain VELUX roof windows and accessories (manual/electric)
4. Adjust components adjacent to the window
5. Provide installation consultancy during on-site visits
6. Complete work reports after each customer visit

Requirements

• Technical diploma
• Driving license (type B)
• Good proficiency in using an iPad
• Ability to manage daily work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong customer satisfaction orientation
• Good manual skills and preferably experience in the construction sector
