  • Main activities include:
  • Planning daily appointments according to head office procedures
  • Managing post-sales technical assistance requests for VELUX products
  • Repairing and maintaining VELUX roof windows and manual/electric accessories
  • Adjusting components adjacent to the window
  • Providing installation advice in the presence of installers
  • Completing work reports after each customer visit
  • Technical diploma required
  • Driving license (type B)
  • Good proficiency in using iPad
  • Ability to manage the workday and activities independently, setting priorities autonomously
  • Strong customer satisfaction orientation
  • Good manual skills and preferably experience in the construction sector
