We are looking for a Junior Help Desk to join our IT team.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Office and Microsoft 365 management.
• Support domain management and DNS configuration.
• Help manage user accounts and Active Directory tasks.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of Windows Server and network devices.
• Gain exposure to virtualization systems (VMware) and basic SQL operations.

? Desired Skills and Knowledge:

• +1 year of experience in similar role
• Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Office and Microsoft 365.
• Interest in networking and network device management.
• Eagerness to learn about Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
