Une entreprise viticole dynamique située dans le parc régional des Castelli Romani recherche un œnologue et technicien de cave. Le candidat idéal supervisera les opérations de vinification, effectuera des contrôles de qualité et collaborera étroitement avec l'équipe agronomique. Ce poste exige une expertise en œnologie et une passion pour la viticulture durable.

Competenze

  • Diplôme en œnologie ou viticulture requis.
  • Expérience antérieure dans des rôles similaires souhaitée.
  • Connaissance approfondie des pratiques de cave.

Mansioni

  • Gérer les opérations de cave, de l'arrivée des raisins à la mise en bouteille.
  • Effectuer des analyses pour contrôler la qualité du vin.
  • Assurer la propreté et l'efficacité de l'équipement de cave.

Tenimenti Leone, located in the heart of Lazio within the Regional Park of the Castelli Romani, between Lanuvio and Velletri, is seeking a Enologist and Cellar Technician to join our team. With a total area of 72 hectares, including 34 dedicated to vineyards, we are committed to sustainable and organic farming, preserving local traditions and the environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Cellar Operations Management: Oversee winemaking processes from grape arrival to fermentation and bottling, ensuring quality standards are met.
  2. Quality Control: Conduct chemical and organoleptic analyses to monitor wine quality throughout production stages.
  3. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and efficiency of cellar equipment, intervening as necessary to maintain operational continuity.
  4. Documentation: Keep production records updated and ensure compliance with enological regulations.
  5. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the agronomic team to synchronize vineyard management and cellar operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Enology, Viticulture, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in similar roles within wineries.
  • Deep knowledge of winemaking processes and cellar practices.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools and technologies.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in various weather conditions and during peak production periods.
