Working as a Service Technician at Vestas is your opportunity to demonstrate your technical skills while being part of the global leader in sustainable energy solutions. Department: Sales > SBU MED > Service

The Service department is responsible for the normal operation of our clients' wind farms, ensuring maximum performance throughout each turbine's lifecycle, with the goal of establishing long-term collaboration with clients. The role of Service Technician aims to maintain, operate, and ensure the turbines are ready to function efficiently and effectively, contributing to operational results and customer satisfaction. Living or relocating to Candela is essential.

Responsibilities

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
2. Collect data and report on turbine conditions
3. Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety requirements
4. Collaborate professionally and effectively with clients

Qualifications

1. Technical diploma with electrical or industrial focus
2. Experience in a similar role and in electrical and maintenance sectors
3. Technical background
4. Preferably 2 years of experience as Service Technician in a structured environment
5. Basic level of English

Competencies

1. Ability to work at significant heights and in difficult weather conditions
2. Computer skills for data collection and reporting
