Un'agenzia di lavoro cerca un Geometra di Cantiere in Piemonte per supervisionare i cantieri, gestire risorse e assicurare qualità e sicurezza. Richiesta esperienza nella gestione di cantieri e diploma di geometra. Posizione inizialmente a tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato. Lavoro a 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì.

Competenze

• Esperienza nella gestione di cantieri.
• Diploma come geometra o laurea pertinente.
• Ottima conoscenza di AutoCAD e MS Office.

Mansioni

• Supervisionare i cantieri e gestire aspetti tecnici.
• Verificare la documentazione dei subappaltatori.

Job Title: Geometra di Cantiere

Company:

Synergie Italia Spa, branch in Novara, operates in the railway sector.

Position:

The candidate will need to travel to various construction sites using company transportation, supervise these sites, manage technical and economic aspects of assigned projects, understand materials and human resources needed, verify documentation of subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. There may be travel involving 1 or 2 nights away from home.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing construction sites.
• Diploma as a surveyor (geometra) or a degree in civil/structural engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong resource management, problem-solving, organizational skills, and willingness to conduct night inspections at construction sites.

Additional Information:

The position offers a permanent contract initially on a fixed-term basis, with the aim of permanent employment. Work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with possible night shifts. Salary and classification will be discussed during the interview, based on the Metalmeccanico Industry CCNL.

Work location: Nibbia and construction sites.
