Descrizione del lavoro

• Service Technician with an electronic background to support the maintenance of the test benches installed at the Elemaster production sites.
• The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising production 3-4 days a week and be ready to intervene immediately in the event of problems with the test benches.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience in the electronics sector.
• Experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electronic equipment, preferably test benches.
• Analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve malfunctions promptly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to travel for service needs.
• Proactivity and aptitude for continuous learning to acquire in-depth knowledge of the test benches.
• Short experience in the electronics sector

Responsibilities

• Operational supervision at the ELEMASTER production sites to ensure the correct functioning of the test benches.
• Immediate intervention in case of failures or malfunctions of the test benches.
• Interface with the Service Manager and with the bench designers to fully understand their operation.
• Provision of training to ELEMASTER maintenance personnel to ensure adequate autonomy in the ordinary management of the benches.
• Availability to travel for any technical interventions or training at other locations.

Will be a Preferential Title

• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance (e.g., IPC, ISO, CE, FCC).
