Job Opportunity: Tecnico Commerciale Triveneto

Location: Padova, Italy

Manpower, on behalf of a leading company in the mechanical sector, is seeking to hire:

Position: TECNICO COMMERCIALE TRIVENETO

The selected candidate will manage the entire Triveneto area and will be responsible for:

  1. Managing and developing an existing and well-established client portfolio;
  2. Aligning technical offers and conducting commercial negotiations with clients;
  3. Managing client relationships comprehensively in commercial, technical, and after-sales (service) aspects;
  4. Defining sales forecasts for the client portfolio in collaboration with management;
  5. Periodic travel to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities.

Requirements include proven experience in technical-commercial sales of technical products such as pumps, reducers, motors, separators, instrumentation, work equipment, mechanical grids, plants, conveyor belts, vibrating screens, star valves, control valves, accessories for compression, etc.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, strong commercial aptitude, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage work on a project basis, flexibility, and a consultative approach to translate client needs into the best technical/economic solutions are also essential.

Educational background in technical disciplines, familiarity with CRM and sales analysis tools, and availability for travel within the specified territory are required.

Residence Area: Veneto, preferably Vicenza-Padova or nearby areas.
