We offer a Apprenticeship Program for ELEVATOR TECHNICIANS designed to provide our apprentices with hands-on technical experience, professional skills, and ongoing learning opportunities.

Through task rotation, apprentices will gain site experience in new constructions, modernizations, and maintenance of various types of elevator systems.

The role includes a training period and mentorship with a specialized technician in assembly, repair, and maintenance of elevators, escalators, and automatic doors.

The program aims to equip apprentices with the necessary knowledge for each activity and to specialize in their area of greatest interest, ensuring flexibility and comprehensive technical skills for the future.

We prefer candidates with a high school diploma such as Electrotechnical/Mechanical Technician, achieved with good grades.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, passionate about technical activities, responsible, honest, available for outdoor work, and possesses good communication skills and customer focus.

We offer a two-year apprenticeship contract, leading to permanent employment.

Our apprentices work on projects involving new technologies and industrial practices, from the latest DX technological innovations to maintaining elevators over 30 years old—always facing new challenges!
