Job Opportunity: Agricultural Supervisor

Our client is a prominent player in the local food sector. To strengthen their team, we are seeking a qualified Agricultural Supervisor.

Responsibilities

1. Define optimal harvesting times for fruits and vegetables in collaboration with farmers.
2. Assess and monitor the productive status of crops.
3. Estimate production volumes and oversee seasonal progress.
4. Ensure the quality of shipped products by visiting farmers' facilities and supervising quality standards.
5. Control the quality of processed products in the packaging warehouse, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
6. Manage audits and inspections with farmers.
7. Handle non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• Experience in managing horticultural products.
• Diploma in agricultural studies or degree in agricultural engineering.
• Knowledge of Drupe, Pome, and Actinidia species.
• Experience in farmer relations.

Contract: Permanent employment contract
