Risors-e Srl, an agency specializing in research and selection (Aut. Min. n°0000023), is seeking technicians for a company based in Massa that operates across Italy and internationally in nautical yards and for private shipowners. The technicians will handle assistance, maintenance, and installation of electrical, electronic, PLC automation, home automation, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Applicants will be evaluated based on their educational background and experience in specific sectors. Both recent graduates without experience and candidates with experience in industrial or civil sectors are considered.

The selected candidates will receive training from senior technicians. Preference is given to candidates with good manual skills and willingness to travel nationwide or internationally. For international assignments, a good command of English is required; otherwise, only Italian language skills are necessary.

Contracts are full-time, with options for fixed-term, permanent, or apprenticeship based on experience. The salary range (RAL) is €25,000-€30,000.
