All about the job:

The Global Technology and Labs is a global team (290+ employees) based in 4 different continents (Europe, Asia, North & South America) responsible to drive, at global level, the definition and the deployment of the technology roadmap for the following domains related to Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers:

• Digital & Power Electronic;
• Electric components and mechatronics systems;
• Human machine interface solutions;
• Control Algorithms and Artificial Intelligence;
• Washing and Drying Product functionalities.

Within this complex organization, the Digital & Program Office is growing and we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team.

In this role you will act as a reference between the Technology & Laboratories, Architectures, and other functions.

In detail you will:

• Create and maintain the “Global Tech&Lab Planning” in accordance with Generation Plan, Cost & Quality and Technologic Road Map.
• Synchronize and link the Tech&labs departments plans into single plan
• Monitor status of activities, follow-up necessary updates, manage the escalation in case of necessity
• Support the identification and solution of the critical points of planned projects
• Guarantee the alignment of projects between R&D teams
• Guarantee Check Point material availability and presence
• Monitor the overall project/activity status within Tech&Labs organization
• Responsible for project planning with respect of:
• Testing Capabilities optimization
• Standardization of timeframe and resources/ type of test (Standard Time);
• Prototype optimization, planning along projects and life management

• Engineering degree or technical diploma
