The Technology Support Services Supervisor is an integral part of Latham’s Technology & Information Services team. This role will be responsible for overseeing technology support services, including high-level support of all firm-standard software applications, and assisting in the development of customized software features or applications. The supervisor will work with the Human Capital & Talent team to recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage the performance of employees. This position is based in our Milan office and requires in-office presence.
