Job Opportunity: Project Manager

We are an Italian leading company in the field of dietary supplements and sports nutrition, recognized for our proprietary brands Yamamoto Nutrition, Yamamoto Research, and Alphazer. Founded in 2007, we are currently experiencing strong growth both in Italy and internationally. Our commitment to research, innovation, and high-quality raw materials makes us a trusted name in the supplement market.

Our company employs 90 staff members across three locations: the headquarters in Brescia, the sales office in Milan, and the warehouse in Coccaglio (BS).

Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager who will liaise directly with our company and report to the CTO. The role involves planning, supervising, and managing technology-related activities, from daily operations to medium and large projects.

Main Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities

1. Plan, schedule, and oversee all activities impacting technology.
2. Create and maintain a global activity backlog, properly prioritized and updated.
3. Coordinate project teams through all phases, from initial analysis to final release.
4. Facilitate initial analysis and define project scope in collaboration with stakeholders.
5. Ensure collaboration and communication among all involved teams and external suppliers.
6. Supervise daily team activities, resolve issues, and remove blockers.
7. Estimate effort for activities and ensure balanced resource allocation.
8. Contribute to and monitor company KPIs, analyzing activities and costs.
9. Support the evolution and improvement of company methodologies, especially those increasing value to the end customer.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Master's degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Interest in sports dietary supplements and nutraceuticals.
• Practical knowledge of data analysis tools.
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Critical thinking and openness to discussion.
• Motivated to learn and growth mindset.
• Excellent planning, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Commerce/Magento and ClickUP project management platform.

Contract Details

Type: Permanent full-time contract

Location: Milan, with flexibility to work remotely up to 5 days per month

Salary: Up to €40,000 per year
