This role is key to driving successful project execution and team performance. How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Lead, coach, and mentor global R&D teams of over 60 professionals across multiple locations
  • Ensure team alignment with business strategy and drive performance and development
  • Oversee R&D project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety, cybersecurity, and quality standards
  • Manage R&D programs directly and indirectly, supporting cross-functional collaboration
  • Drive organizational transformation and implement new ways of working across teams
  • Contribute to and execute the Power Conversion strategy, updating it based on market needs and technological advancements
Your background
  • Master’s or PhD in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or related fields)
  • Proven leadership in managing large, cross-functional teams and aligning R&D with business goals
  • Extensive experience in product development and lifecycle management
  • Deep knowledge of power conversion and control, with experience in one or more application areas such as industry, transport, or distribution grids related to energy transition
  • Skilled in leading organizational transformation and driving change
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse interests and agendas
