Position summary

The “Technology Expert Artificial Intelligence for user productivity and collaboration” is a specialized technical role with no direct reports, responsible for aligning AI services and technologies with strategic business needs and Nestlé’s IS / IT strategy and architecture. You will integrate technology into architectural designs, provide solution recommendations, and implement solutions when needed.

In this role, you will join a diverse and global team dedicated to enhancing productivity and fostering innovation by providing smart, efficient services to Nestlé employees, enabling them to focus on improving lives through food and creating value for stakeholders.

• Key responsibilities
• Lead identification and analysis of emerging Artificial Intelligence technologies applied to the user productivity and collaboration platforms, assess their impact and possible integrations on our products and services.
• Support Proof of Concepts, influence the selection of the solutions to be implemented at scale; influence strategic IT partners to tailor their direction to Nestlé’s requirements.
• Support defining an architecture roadmap on AI and related technologies and reviewing implementation requests for new AI-based solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Tech Leads, Tech Experts and Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with strategy, priorities and goals of Nestlé.
• Develop alliances with businesses and functions to understand Nestlé’s needs and support the design of business scenarios and use case definitions.

You have a curious and open-minded nature, not afraid to ask questions or inject a bit of fun into your work. You have experience in designing, integrating, and managing complex IS / IT solutions. You understand system engineering, information risk, security guidelines, architecture standards, design and integration. Lastly, you have effective communication skills in English, familiarity with project management methodologies including agile and design thinking, and are comfortable working in a global, virtual team setup.
