Technology Business Development Manager
Newly created Technology Business Development Manager role. Permanent, hybrid, and compensation dependent on experience. Due to ongoing growth with this local, Lancaster-based company, our client is looking to level their team up with a Tech Business Development Manager. You will be joining a small, close-knit team, and working in an environment with no red tape.

The Technology Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the sales and digital strategies, you will work closely with internal teams and current/potential clients in order to grow the business. Based on research of market trends, and the generation of leads, you will identify areas of growth, create awareness of products and services and ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
Qualified candidates will have the following experiences:

  • 3+ years of experience in Tech Sales (products & services)
  • Management of the full sales cycle
  • Experience developing and managing digital strategies including email marketing, online ad campaigns, SEO, etc.
  • Building relationships and generating leads with potential clients
  • Working with cross-functional teams to establish and strength branding
