Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team. You will align business strategy with technology solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Define the framework and boundaries for technical solutions, including tools and platforms based on TDB and strategy (incl. SaaS).
• Provide a clear vision for platform requirements regarding quality, security, cost, and viability.
• Maintain architecture documentation and catalogs, ensuring accuracy.
• Define high-level tech strategy, vision, and roadmap (6, 12, 18 months), aligning with domain strategies.
• Drive architectural initiatives through enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in analysis.
• Maintain an enterprise-level log of architectural risks and opportunities.
• Document tech strategy with high-level domain targets.
• Engage with the business community on program discoveries.
• Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms.
• Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis.
• Support the Product Community in delivery outcomes.
• Stay informed of changes outside delivery teams without hierarchical control over Solution Architects.
• Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution.
• Maintain platform integrity across delivery outcomes.
• Create a collaborative Architecture Community, fostering innovative ideas and technologies.
• Promote frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HB at tech events.
• Enhance current architecture frameworks, especially for our Java and Angular platforms.
