Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will align our business strategy with technology solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide the overall framework within which technical solutions reside, including tools and platforms based on TDB and strategy (including SaaS)
• Define platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability
• Maintain architecture documentation and catalogs, ensuring accuracy
• Define high-level tech strategy, including vision and roadmap (6, 12, 18 months), aligning with domain strategies
• Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in analysis
• Maintain an enterprise-level architecture risk and opportunities log
• Document tech strategy with high-level domain targets
• Engage with the business community on programme discoveries
• Act as SME for cross-business process implementations across platforms
• Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis
• Support the Product Community to ensure delivery outcomes
• Stay informed of changes outside delivery teams without hierarchical domain over Solution Architects
• Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution
• Maintain platform integrity in all delivery outcomes
• Create a collaborative Architecture Community to generate and analyze innovative ideas and technologies
• Advocate frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HB at tech events
• Enhance current architecture frameworks, especially for our Java and Angular platforms
