Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which a technical solution can reside, including appropriate tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (including SaaS).
• Offer a clear vision for platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability.
• Maintain proper architecture documentation and catalogues, ensuring their accuracy.
• Define high-level tech strategy, vision, and roadmap (6, 12, and 18 months), aligning with the Tech community and pushing it across all domains.
• Drive architectural initiatives through enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis.
• Maintain an enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunities log.
• Keep tech strategy documentation updated with high-level targets at the domain level.
• Engage in conversations with the business community during programme discoveries.
• Act as SME for cross-business process implementations across current platforms.
• Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis.
• Support the Product Community to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Operate outside delivery teams but stay informed of changes, without hierarchical authority over Solution Architects.
• Ensure architecture documentation reflects delivery evolution.
• Maintain platform integrity in all delivery outcomes.
• Create a collaborative Architecture Community, collecting and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies.
• Advocate frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HB at tech events.
• Enhance current architecture frameworks, especially for Java and Angular-based platforms.
