Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which a technical solution can reside, including appropriate tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (incl. SaaS).
• Offer a clear vision for platform requirements concerning quality, security, cost, and viability.
• Maintain proper architecture documentation and catalogues, ensuring their accuracy.
• Define high-level tech strategy, including vision and roadmap (6, 12, and 18 months), aligning with the Tech community and domain-specific strategies.
• Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis.
• Maintain an enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunities log.
• Document tech strategies, including high-level domain targets.
• Engage with the business community during programme discoveries.
• Act as SME for cross-business process implementations across current platforms.
• Participate in high-level design overviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analyses.
• Support the Product Community in achieving delivery outcomes.
• Stay informed of changes within delivery teams, without hierarchical control over Solution Architects.
• Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution.
• Ensure platform integrity across all delivery outcomes.
• Create a collaborative Architecture Community, collecting and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies.
• Promote frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HB at tech events.
• Improve the current architecture framework, especially for our Java and Angular-based platform.
