Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which a technical solution can reside. Frameworks will include appropriate options for tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (including SaaS).
• Provide a clear vision for platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability.
• Maintain proper framework documentation and all architecture catalogues, ensuring their correctness.
• Define, in accordance with the Tech community, our high-level tech strategy including vision and roadmap (6, 12, and 18 months), pushing it to all domains’ specific tech strategies.
• Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in the product roadmaps, participating in their analysis where applicable.
• Keep an architectural risk and opportunities log at the enterprise level.
• Maintain proper Tech Strategy documentation including high-level targets at the domain level.
• Participate in conversations with the business community during programme discoveries.
• Act as SME in terms of cross-business process implementations over current platforms.
• Participate in high-level design overviews in cross-product initiatives to ensure and protect platform integrity; perform high-level impact analysis.
• Support the Product Community in ensuring and protecting delivery outcomes.
• Sit outside delivery teams but stay informed of changes without hierarchical domain over the Solution Architect.
• Ensure architecture documentation is updated accordingly during delivery evolution.
• Ensure platform integrity in all outcomes from delivery.
• Create a collaborative Architecture Community, collecting, generating, and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies for business use.
• Be an evangelist for frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HB at tech events.
• Improve current architecture framework with necessary developments over our Java and Angular-based platform.
