Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The Architect will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which technical solutions reside, including options for tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (including SaaS)
• Define platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability
• Maintain proper framework documentation, architecture catalogues, and ensure their correctness
• Align with the Tech community to develop high-level tech strategies, including vision and roadmaps (6, 12, 18 months), and push them across domains
• Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis
• Maintain an enterprise-level architecture risk and opportunities log
• Document the Tech Strategy, including high-level targets at the domain level
• Engage with the business community on program discoveries
• Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms
• Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity
• Support product teams in delivery outcomes and ensure architecture documentation is updated
• Ensure platform integrity from delivery outcomes
• Create and foster a collaborative Architecture Community, promoting innovative ideas and technologies
• Advocate for frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide, representing HBX at tech events
• Improve architecture frameworks, especially for Java and Angular-based platforms
