Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which a technical solution can reside, including appropriate tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (including SaaS).
• Provide a clear vision for platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability.
• Maintain proper framework documentation and architecture catalogues, ensuring their correctness.
• Define high-level tech strategy, including vision and roadmap (6, 12, and 18 months), aligned with the Tech community.
• Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis.
• Maintain an enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunities log.
• Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution.
• Support cross-business process implementations and high-level design overviews to ensure platform integrity.
• Create a collaborative Architecture Community, collecting and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies.
• Advocate for frameworks, values, and vision across the organization and represent HBX at tech events.
• Improve current architecture framework, especially over our Java and Angular-based platform.
