Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which technical solutions can reside, including appropriate tools and platforms based on TDB and our technology strategy (including SaaS).
• Define a clear vision for platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability.
• Maintain proper framework documentation and architecture catalogs, ensuring their accuracy.
• Develop high-level tech strategies, including vision and roadmaps (6, 12, and 18 months), aligning with domain-specific strategies.
• Drive architectural initiatives through enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis.
• Maintain an enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunities log.
• Document tech strategies and high-level targets at the domain level.
• Engage with the business community during program discoveries.
• Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms.
• Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analyses.
• Support the Product Community in delivering outcomes.
• Remain informed of changes outside delivery teams without hierarchical domain authority over Solution Architects.
• Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution.
• Maintain platform integrity across all delivery outcomes.
• Create a collaborative Architecture Community, fostering innovative ideas and technologies.
• Promote frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HB at tech events.
• Enhance current architecture frameworks, especially for our Java and Angular-based platforms.
