Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Define the overall framework and boundaries for technical solutions, including tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (including SaaS).
• Provide a clear vision for platform requirements regarding quality, security, cost, and viability.
• Maintain proper architecture documentation and catalogues, ensuring their accuracy.
• Define high-level tech strategies, including vision and roadmaps (6, 12, and 18 months), aligning with domain-specific strategies.
• Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis.
• Maintain an enterprise-level architecture risk and opportunities log.
• Document tech strategies with high-level targets at the domain level.
• Engage with the business community on program discoveries.
• Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms.
• Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis.
• Support the Product Community to ensure delivery outcomes.
• Maintain awareness of changes within delivery teams without hierarchical control over Solution Architects.
• Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution.
• Guarantee platform integrity across delivery outcomes.
• Create a collaborative Architecture Community to collect and analyze innovative ideas and technologies.
• Advocate frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HB at tech events.
• Enhance current architecture frameworks, especially for Java and Angular-based platforms.
