Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team. You will align business strategy with technology solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Define the framework and boundaries for technical solutions, including tools and platforms based on TDB and strategy (including SaaS)
• Provide a clear vision for platform requirements regarding quality, security, cost, and viability
• Maintain architecture documentation and catalogs, ensuring accuracy
• Define high-level tech strategy with the Tech community, including vision and roadmaps (6, 12, 18 months), integrating with domain strategies
• Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in analysis
• Maintain an enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunities log
• Document Tech Strategy with high-level domain targets
• Engage with the business community during programme discoveries
• Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms
• Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis
• Support the Product Community to ensure delivery outcomes
• Work outside delivery teams but stay updated on changes, without hierarchical domain over Solution Architects
• Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution
• Maintain platform integrity in all delivery outcomes
• Create a collaborative Architecture Community, generating and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies
• Promote frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HB at tech events
• Enhance current architecture framework, especially for Java and Angular platforms
