Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which a technical solution can reside, including appropriate options for tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (including SaaS).
• Offer clear vision over platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability.
• Maintain proper framework documentation and architecture catalogues, ensuring their accuracy.
• Define high-level tech strategy, including vision and roadmap (6, 12, and 18 months), aligning it with domain-specific strategies.
• Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis.
• Maintain an architectural risk and opportunities log at the enterprise level.
• Document tech strategy, including high-level domain targets.
• Engage with the business community on program discoveries.
• Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms.
• Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analyses.
• Support the Product Community in ensuring delivery outcomes.
• Stay informed of changes within delivery teams without hierarchical control over Solution Architects.
• Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution.
• Maintain platform integrity in all delivery outcomes.
• Create a collaborative Architecture Community to collect, generate, and analyze innovative ideas and technologies.
• Promote frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HB at tech events.
• Enhance current architecture frameworks, particularly for Java and Angular-based platforms.
