Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide the overall framework and boundaries for technical solutions, including tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (including SaaS)
• Define platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability
• Maintain proper architecture documentation and catalogues, ensuring their accuracy
• Develop high-level tech strategy with the Tech community, including vision and roadmap (6, 12, 18 months)
• Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis
• Maintain an enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunities log
• Document tech strategy with high-level targets at the domain level
• Engage with the business community on program discoveries
• Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms
• Participate in high-level design reviews to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analyses
• Support the Product Community in delivery outcomes
• Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution
• Create a collaborative Architecture Community, fostering innovative ideas and technologies
• Advocate for frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HBX at tech events
• Improve architecture frameworks, especially for Java and Angular-based platforms
