Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which a technical solution can reside, including appropriate tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (incl. SaaS).
• Offer a clear vision for platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability.
• Maintain proper architecture documentation and catalogs, ensuring their accuracy.
• Define high-level tech strategy, including vision and roadmaps (6, 12, and 18 months), aligning with domain-specific strategies.
• Drive architectural initiatives through enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis.
• Maintain an enterprise-level architecture risk and opportunities log.
• Document tech strategies with high-level targets at the domain level.
• Engage with the business community on program discoveries.
• Act as SME for cross-business process implementations across current platforms.
• Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis.
• Support the Product Community in delivering outcomes.
• Stay informed of changes outside delivery teams without hierarchical domain over Solution Architects.
• Ensure architecture documentation is updated according to delivery evolution.
• Maintain platform integrity across delivery outcomes.
• Create and foster a collaborative Architecture Community, collecting and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies.
• Be an evangelist for frameworks, values, and vision, representing HB at tech events.
• Enhance the current architecture framework for our Java and Angular-based platforms.
