Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide the overall framework and borders in which a technical solution can reside. Frameworks will include appropriate options for tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (incl. SaaS).
• Provide a clear vision over platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost and viability.
• Maintain proper framework documentation and architecture catalogues, ensuring their correctness.
• Define high-level tech strategy including vision and roadmap (6, 12, and 18 months), aligning with all domains' specific strategies.
• Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in the product roadmaps, participating in their analysis where applicable.
• Maintain an architectural risk and opportunities log at the enterprise level.
• Support the business community in programme discoveries and high-level design overviews to ensure platform integrity.
• Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms.
• Participate in high-level impact analysis for cross-product initiatives.
• Ensure architecture documentation is updated during delivery evolution and platform integrity is maintained.
• Create and foster a collaborative Architecture Community, promoting innovative ideas and technologies.
• Advocate for frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide, representing HB at tech events.
• Improve current architecture frameworks, especially for Java and Angular-based platforms.
