Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide the overall framework within which technical solutions can reside, including options for tools and platforms based on TDB and our technology strategy (including SaaS).
• Define platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability.
• Maintain proper framework documentation and architecture catalogues, ensuring their accuracy.
• Develop high-level tech strategies, including vision and roadmaps (6, 12, and 18 months), in collaboration with the Tech community.
• Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis.
• Maintain an enterprise-level log of architectural risks and opportunities.
• Ensure architecture documentation is updated in line with delivery evolution.
• Support product teams to ensure platform integrity and delivery outcomes.
• Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to safeguard platform integrity.
• Create a collaborative Architecture Community, fostering innovative ideas and technologies.
• Represent HBX at tech events, evangelizing frameworks, values, and vision.
• Improve our architecture frameworks, especially over our Java and Angular-based platforms.
