Element Materials Technology seeks a motivated Technician Trainee. No ETCH or NDT experience required; you’ll join a structured program to learn inspection and chemical processing for aerospace components and progress toward Inspector certification.

This second-shift role (1:00pm–9:00pm, Mon–Fri) starts at $20/hour with a $3 shift differential and offers a clear path for long-term career growth and ongoing skills development.

Through a structured training program, you'll learn specialized inspection and chemical processing techniques that support critical aerospace components and develop toward Inspector certification.

This is a second shift position (1:00pm-9:00pm M-F) with a starting hourly rate of $20.00 with a $3.00 shift differential added.
