MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces. Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts.

We are looking for a full-time maternity leave substitution and technician for a galvanic Lab. The candidate will work for the Application lab for Customer Service, located in San Martino di Trecate (NO), Italy.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be employed to work in a Laboratory and a Pilot Line for analyses and plating tests on samples of the galvanic industry. Will have to test with autonomy, parts from the galvanic industry: the candidate will work with plating equipment and complex laboratory instrumentation such as XRF, Corrosion chambers, Spectrophotometers, Microscopes, SEM-EDS, etc.

Requirements

Minimum qualification requirement: Diploma of Chemistry. A good knowledge of the English language and office package are preferable.

What We Offer

You will be employed with the National Contract of Chemists (CCNL Chimico) with the possibility to subscribe to the related Health and Pension funds (FASCHIM and FONCHIM). As part of our team here you will receive a competitive base salary, a company laptop computer and you will access to the company canteen.

Working time: 38 hours/week. Mon-Thu 8:30 -12:30, 13:30 -17:30, Fri 8:30 -12:30, 13:30 -15:30 with half an hour of morning (8:30 -9:00) flexibility guaranteed.
