Your Responsibilities

• Create product manuals and service instructions
• Optimization of existing manuals
• Manage other documentation & customer communications (e.g. newsletters, training content, product change notifications)
• Perform linguistic & content reviews, liaising with translation agencies if required

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in linguistics, technical and/or editorial studies
• Previous experience in writing technical instructions/texts would be an advantage
• Knowledge of content management systems and in-design software as an advantage
• Technical affinity and a structured and precise working style
• Good linguistic sense, confident use of spelling and grammar
• Excellent knowledge of English, Italian and German as a plus
