2. Research and create technical documentation using various delivery media
3. Utilize Adobe InDesign for document creation
4. Deliver high-quality documentation with attention to detail
5. Explain technical concepts clearly and concisely using text and illustrations
6. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
