IonQ Italia seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate planning and delivery of a major Academy training program in Italy, collaborating with leadership, technical instructors, internal teams, external vendors and customer stakeholders to ensure on-schedule, professional delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in project management, experience with technical/training programs, and excellent Italian/English communication.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in business, PM, engineering, CS or related field.
3–5 years of project-management experience, ideally in technical/training programs.
Experience coordinating technical instructors, vendors and customer stakeholders.
Fluent Italian and English communication required.

Mansioni

Develop and manage the overall project plan, schedule, milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate instructors, internal teams, vendors and customer stakeholders.
Prepare, review and deliver training materials.
Coordinate translation/quality review of materials in Italian.
Plan and execute in-person and virtual training sessions.
Attend training sessions to address issues and collect feedback.
Monitor participant experience, pace and delivery quality.
Track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and actions.
Organize meetings and provide status updates.
Escalate delays or concerns to leadership.
Ensure deliverables meet scope and timeline.
Support other IonQ Italia programs as needed.
