Technical Training Instructor

Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Technical Training Instructor to join the Engineering Training department. Within this role, we seek someone passionate about aviation and interested in teaching a wide range of aircraft engineering topics to staff at different career stages. The ideal candidate will promote training and serve as an ambassador to uphold our high standards.

Description

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering all technical training to engineering staff, including:
• Technical training aligned with business needs across all airlines
• Part 145 theoretical and practical training
• Type-specific training
• Preparing and improving current technical courses
• Developing instructor materials such as course outlines, lesson plans, and training aids
• Ensuring compliance with EASA regulations and reviewing procedures regularly
• Developing and approving training materials using various delivery methods (classroom, eLearning, virtual)
• Delivering practical technical training
• Maintaining and developing training centers for enhanced learning
• Demonstrating a hands-on attitude
• Building effective training programs
• Communicating clearly in writing and speaking

Requirements

Candidate must have experience in aircraft technical training or aircraft engineering, be eager to learn, innovative, and an excellent communicator across diverse groups. Additional requirements include:

• UK/EASA Part 66 Licence, Aerospace Engineering degree, or 5 years’ experience in aircraft engineering
• Experience with regulations and compliance procedures
• Attention to detail and ability to escalate issues
• Proficiency with Office 365 and willingness to learn new tools
• Open-mindedness and eagerness to learn
• Strong work ethic and responsibility
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Valid UK/EU passport and willingness to travel
