We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Trainer to join our Service team at our factory in Verona. The role involves delivering comprehensive training programs to our official dealers from various countries.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver engaging training programs on different sideloader models.
2. Conduct classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and on-site training on sideloader operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
3. Provide technical support remotely and onsite.
4. Handle customer service issues.
5. Collaborate with service and sales departments to align training with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a technical instructor or in maintenance of heavy equipment or industrial machinery.
• Deep knowledge of heavy equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
