Technical Talent Partner – Cyber Security, 6 months FTC, native Italian – Remote based Europe

We are Elements, the trusted talent partner working with incredible scaling tech brands across the globe. We're looking for experienced Technical Talent Acquisition specialists who are native Italian speakers and have a strong background in hiring cyber security talent across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in Fin-Tech / Financial Services or relevant sectors with direct hiring responsibilities for technical roles.
  • Demonstrate understanding and engagement within the cyber security space, with strong knowledge of talent pools.
  • Communicate effectively with prospective talent and stakeholders.
  • Guide and motivate a small team to build talent pools for future engagement.
  • Support sourcing efforts across multiple platforms, utilizing AI and other tools for benchmarking and assessment.
  • Build large talent pools and ensure effective communication throughout the candidate journey.
  • Create engaging outreach tailored to cyber security communities in Europe, especially Nordics, Italy, and German-speaking countries.
  • Collaborate with the Head of TA to develop and measure hiring campaigns.
  • Manage hiring workflows, track vacancies, and maintain data in CRM/HRIS or ATS.
  • Provide accurate reporting and insights to meet KPIs.
  • Engage with stakeholders and hiring managers to benchmark talent and deliver targeted messaging.

Elements offers support and development opportunities, leveraging top talent tools and data insights. The role is primarily a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension and cross-client mobilization. Remote work is supported, but fluency in Italian is essential.
