Technical Systems Administrator

The Technical Systems Administrator is responsible for delivering the System Architecture Plan and managing resources and activities to ensure InterSystems software is deployed according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include server administration, scripting, information security, troubleshooting, and managing critical infrastructures. The role requires availability outside usual hours for system updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in Linux/UNIX server administration (preferably SUSE/RedHat)
• Strong scripting skills and ability to work with source code
• Knowledge of information security best practices
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Cacti)
• Understanding of networking, load balancers, and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet)
• Software development environment experience
• ITIL knowledge
