Syneto S.p.A. recherche un professionnel pour un rôle de support technique de niveau L1/L2 axé sur l'assistance à distance aux clients. Le candidat idéal doit posséder une solide expérience en informatique, couplée à d'excellentes compétences en communication, et être capable de travailler en équipe. La compréhension rapide des besoins des clients et l'orientation vers la satisfaction client sont essentielles. Une formation en ingénierie informatique est requise, complétée par une expérience pertinente.

Competenze

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en support client de premier et/ou deuxième niveau.
  • Fluent en italien, espagnol et anglais.

Mansioni

  • Fournir un support technique à distance via le système de tickets et par téléphone.
  • Effectuer des tests internes pour reproduire les problèmes signalés.

Who Are You?
  • You have a solid Information Technology background, including software, desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), hardware, networking, NAS, SAN, and virtualization technologies;
  • You have a genuine interest in technology, are a quick learner with previous experience in support activities, and are willing to work daily with software, hardware, bugs, and issues to be solved;
  • You possess availability, patience, and a collaborative spirit to manage daily interactions with co-workers and internal departments.

This role involves L1 / L2 remote support through the company’s ticketing system, resolving technical problems encountered by customers on the company’s technologies, both during weekdays and in a 24/7 rotation.

What we need you to do
  • Provide remote technical support via ticketing system and phone;
  • Monitor and manage the Helpdesk Portal to promptly address new requests;
  • Perform second-level support;

Daily internal testing to replicate reported issues and find solutions;

  • Interact remotely with customers and their infrastructures in Italian.
What skills and experience you need
  • Customer-oriented, especially for technical activities;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to listen, gather information, and write technical documentation;
  • Quick understanding of customer needs and proposing technical solutions;
  • High energy, result-oriented individual ready to join an international company;
  • A BS / BA in Computer Engineering or Computer Science;
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in first and/or second level customer support;
  • Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • VCP-DCV, VCP-NV, or VCP-CMA certification for VMware vSphere;
  • Networking implementation and troubleshooting skills;
  • Linux / Unix scripting or programming skills.
