Un'azienda leader nella modernizzazione dell'infrastruttura IT cerca un Supporto Tecnico per fornire assistenza remota a clienti. Si richiede una laurea in Informatica, oltre a un'esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel supporto clienti. Il candidato ideale deve essere orientato al cliente, comunicativo, e capace di risolvere problemi manualmente. Competenze in VMware e scripting Linux sono un vantaggio ulteriore.

Competenze

  • Minimo 3 anni di esperienza nel supporto clienti di primo e/o secondo livello.
  • Fluenza in italiano, spagnolo e inglese è richiesta.
  • Interesse per la tecnologia e disponibilità a risolvere problemi.

Mansioni

  • Fornire supporto tecnico remoto tramite sistema di ticketing e telefono.
  • Monitorare e gestire il Portale Helpdesk.
  • Interagire con i clienti e le loro infrastrutture in italiano.

Who Are You?
  • You have a solid Information Technology background, including software, desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), hardware, networking, NAS, SAN, and virtualization technologies.
  • You have a genuine interest in technology, are a quick learner with previous support experience, and are willing to work daily with software, hardware, bugs, and issues to be solved.
  • You possess availability, patience, and a collaborative spirit to manage daily interactions with co-workers and internal departments.
What we need you to do
  • Provide remote technical support via ticketing system and phone.
  • Monitor and manage the Helpdesk Portal to promptly address new requests.
  • Provide second-level support.

Perform internal testing daily to replicate reported issues and find solutions.

  • Interact remotely with customers and their infrastructures in Italian.
What skills and experience you need
  • Customer-oriented, especially for technical activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen, gather information, and write technical documentation.
  • Quick understanding of customer needs and proposing technical solutions.
  • High energy, result-oriented, and willing to join an international company.
  • A BS/BA in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in first and/or second-level customer support.
  • Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English.
Additional advantages
  • VCP-DCV, VCP-NV, or VCP-CMA certification for VMware vSphere.
  • Networking implementation and troubleshooting skills (routing and switching).
  • Linux/Unix scripting or programming skills.
