Who Are You?

  • You have a solid Information Technology background, including software, desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), hardware, networking, NAS, SAN, and virtualization technologies;
  • You have a genuine interest in technology, are a quick learner with previous support experience, and are willing to work daily with software, hardware, bugs, and issues;
  • You possess availability, patience, and a collaborative spirit to manage daily interactions with co-workers and internal departments.

Your role involves providing L1/L2 remote support via the company's ticketing system, resolving technical problems encountered by customers on company's technologies during weekdays and in a 24/7 rotation.

What we need you to do

  • Provide remote technical support through ticketing system and phone;
  • Monitor and manage the Helpdesk Portal to promptly address new requests;
  • Perform second level support;
  • Internally test to replicate reported issues and find solutions;
  • Interact remotely with customers and their infrastructures in Italian language.

What skills and experience you need

  • Customer-oriented, especially for technical activities;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to listen, gather information, and document technically;
  • Quick understanding of customer needs and proposing solutions;
  • High energy, result-oriented, and capable of working in an international environment;
  • A BS/BA in Computer Engineering or Computer Science;
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in first and/or second level customer support;
  • Fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English.

Advantages include:

  • VCP-DCV, VCP-NV, or VCP-CMA certification for VMware vSphere;
  • Networking troubleshooting skills (routing and switching);
  • Scripting or programming skills in Linux/Unix.
