È richiesta una laurea in Informatica e almeno 3 anni di esperienza nelle attività di supporto al cliente. Ottime capacità comunicative in italiano, spagnolo e inglese sono fondamentali, così come la capacità di problem solving e orientamento al cliente.

Who Are You?
L1 / L2 remote support through company’s ticketing system, for the resolutionof any technical problem encountered by customers on company’s technologies, both during weekdays and 24 / 7 rotation.
What we need you to do
Daily perform internal testing to replicate reported issues and finding possible solutions;
