Une entreprise innovante, Syneto S.p.A., recherche un Technical Support Specialist pour fournir un support technique à distance aux clients. Ce rôle nécessite une solide expérience en informatique, des compétences en communication excellentes et une orientation client, avec un travail en équipe pour résoudre des problèmes techniques.

Competenze

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en support client de 1er et / ou 2e niveau.
  • Langues requises : Italien, Espagnol et Anglais.

Mansioni

  • Fournir un support technique à distance par le système de ticket et par téléphone.
  • Gérer le portail Helpdesk et suivre les nouvelles demandes.
  • Effectuer des tests internes pour reproduire les problèmes signalés.

Who Are You?

  • You have a solid Information Technology background, software, desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), hardware, networking, NAS, SAN and virtualization technologies;
  • You have a genuine interest in technology, you are a quick learner with previous experience in support activities, willing to work on a daily basis with software, hardware, bugs and issues to be solved;
  • You possess availability, patience and spirit of collaboration to manage daily interactions with many co-workers and internal departments.

L1 / L2 remote support through company’s ticketing system, for the resolutionof any technical problem encountered by customers on company’s technologies, both during weekdays and 24 / 7 rotation.

What we need you to do

  • Provide remote technical support, through ticketing system and by phone;
  • Constantly monitor and manage the Helpdesk Portal, to immediately intercept any new request.
  • Second level support

Daily perform internal testing to replicate reported issues and finding possible solutions;

  • Remotely interact with customers and their infrastructures, in Italian language.

What skills and experience you need

  • Customer oriented, in particular for technical activities;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Able to listen, collect information and write technical documentation;
  • Able to quickly understand customer needs and propose technical solutions;
  • High energy, result oriented individual who will join an international company;
  • a BS / BA in Computer Engineering or Computer Science;
  • minimum of 3 years working experience in in first and / or second level customers support;
  • Italian, Spanish and English are mandatory.

Any of the following would be an advantage :

  • VCP-DCV, VCP-NV or VCP-CMA certification for VMware vSphere;
  • Networking implementation and troubleshooting (routing and switching);
  • Linux / Unix scripting or programming skills.
